Before I stated to meal plan effectively, our eating habits were a mess.

I started meal planning years ago out of necessity. I was a busy mom and I was suddenly dropped into a sink-or-swim situation. I needed to cook from scratch because of my daughter’s food allergies. It wasn’t easy changing how we ate so quickly. 

I tried many different forms of meal planning and even ready-made meal plans. But so many didn’t fit our life or our food allergies. And meal planning on my own took so very long. It was discouraging. 

But finally, I developed an easy way to meal plan. It only takes a few minutes a week, so it's doable even as a busy mom. Meal Planning has helped me cook more meals (healthier meals) at home.
